How it works

By the time you have read this sentence Repolist will have analysed about 400,000 properties currently for sale nationally. It will have identified a number of repossessions and refurbishment projects and catalogued them into a real time, searchable database.

Refurbishment projects and repossessed properties offer purchasers and investors the highest statistical likelihood of a bargain purchase.

Although all of the properties on show are available through High St estate agents, it would take literally hundreds of man-hours and phone calls to find them and catalogue them as we do. The benefit of our service is that you can browse these opportunities instantly, at the click of a button. The Repolist database is updated in real time so our property information is as up to date as Rightmove or Zoopla.

Our information is organised in an intuitive and easy to use way. You simply browse for properties in exactly the same way as you would do on any major property portal.

Repolist provides as full and complete a property listing as the agent has on his or her own website, with full contact listings. There are no reservation fees or middle men to complicate the purchase or viewing process.

Repolist is the brainchild of Anthony Ayton, the founder and director of Diligent Investments a Brighton based investment consultancy.

“I share an office with software engineers who work for a large property portal. They’re like the IT crowd. They speak a language I don’t understand and mock me for reading a non-virtual newspaper.”

Anthony would spend hours sifting through property portals and contacting agents to find repossessed properties on behalf of clients. His colleague Daniel showed him how to get more information in a fraction of the time.

As a consequence of this he developed Repolist as a service to help property buyers find bargains.
